These are the terms that govern how Emotional Snipers products are sold and used. They're written plainly so nothing is buried.
All sales are final. No refunds are issued on any Emotional Snipers products.
Because all products are delivered digitally and instantly — including guides, audio files, and assessment results — there is no way to "return" what has already been received. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read this policy and agree to it.

Emotional Snipers is a digital education brand created by Jasmine Cole, offering tools, guides, and resources designed to help women recognize and interrupt reactive emotional patterns. All products are for personal development purposes only.
Emotional Snipers products are developed, operated, and sold by Pivot Transformation (legal name: Pivot Transformation Academy LLC). Pivot Transformation is the entity of record for all transactions, including payment processing. References to "Emotional Snipers," "we," or "us" in these terms refer to Pivot Transformation Academy LLC operating under the Pivot Transformation trade name.
Products and Delivery
All products sold through this site are digital. Upon successful payment, product access is delivered via email to the address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically immediate or within a few minutes.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address at checkout. Emotional Snipers is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect contact information or email spam filters.
If you experience a technical issue with delivery, contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and the issue will be resolved.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits are offered under any circumstances once a purchase is complete.
This policy exists because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. The content of each product — including its scope, format, and subject matter — is described in detail on the relevant sales page before purchase. Questions about fit or content should be directed to [email protected] prior to buying.
In the event of a documented technical failure on our end that prevents access to a purchased product, we will work to resolve the issue. This does not constitute a refund situation — it is a delivery issue, and it will be addressed.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting Emotional Snipers to resolve an issue is considered a violation of these terms. All purchases are documented. Fraudulent chargeback claims will be disputed.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site and within Emotional Snipers products — including written guides, audio recordings, assessment tools, frameworks, brand language, and visual materials — is the intellectual property of Emotional Snipers and Jasmine Cole.
You may not:
